By accessing or using Profity ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Service

Profity is a paper trading simulation game. All trades are executed with virtual money only. No real funds, securities, or financial instruments are involved at any point. The Platform is for educational and entertainment purposes only.

Profity is not a broker, exchange, investment advisor, or financial institution of any kind. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Profity. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share, transfer, or sell your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may result in a permanent ban.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Profity offers optional paid subscription plans (Pro and Elite). By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• All payments are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to: unused subscription time, feature dissatisfaction, account termination by user, or any other reason.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• Prices may change with 14 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
• In-game cosmetics and virtual currencies (PCoins) purchased are non-refundable and have no real-world monetary value.

6. Virtual Currency & Cosmetics

PCoins (both standard and premium) are virtual currencies with no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred between accounts, or redeemed for any real-world benefit. All virtual item purchases are final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for unfair advantage.
• Using bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users in Clan Chat or any social feature.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy the Platform.
• Creating fake accounts or manipulating leaderboards.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Profity — including the Platform design, game mechanics, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive property of Profity and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of market data, or fitness for any particular purpose. Market data is provided for simulation purposes and may be delayed or approximate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Profity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.

• Payment data: processed by our payment provider (Stripe/LemonSqueezy). We never store full card details.
• Device data: browser type, operating system, IP address, timezone.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve the Profity game experience.

3. Data Sharing
